Campofrio campaign “Hazte extranjero”, awarded Grand Prize at Genio Awards 2015

Promoted by CMVocento, Genio Awards recognize innovation in media, communication and different fields of interest

“Hazte extranjero”, by Campofrío and McCann, received the Grand Prize at the VIII edition of the CMVocento Genio Awards in a ceremony held at the San Telmo Museum of San Sebastian, with the collaboration of BBVA, Coca Cola and Mindshare. Other winners of the contest were Grupo Mahou San Miguel (Branded Content), Latinstock Spain and WWF (Digital Innovation), Radio Euskadi (Innovation in audiovisual media) and Reporteros Sin Fronteras (Social Media Innovation).
 
This year's event took place during an inspiring conference on Innovation Gastronomy held at the Science and Technology Park of Guipuzcoa, in which Joan Roca, chef of Restaurant Celler de Can Roca, presented his project "The Cooking Experience Tour by BBVA" an initiative aimed to encourage  professional development of those with less opportunities.
 
The Genio Awards, promoted since 2007 by CMVocento with in collaboration with Grupo Consultores,  has become a festival that recognizes innovation, not only in media and communication, but in different areas of interest.
